It contains 20-122aa of mouse Saa3 and has a calculated molecular mass of 13.8 kDa. This recombinant Saa3 protein got purified by SDS-PAGE and reached up to 90% in purity. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference. |
