| Description | CUSABIO synthesized the recombinant gene by integrating the N-terminal 6xHis tag sequence into the targeted gene encoding the 111-291aa of the mouse Ms4a1. The synthesized gene was subsequently cloned into an expression vector. After cloning, the expression vector was introduced into the yeast for expression. The product was purified to obtain the recombinant mouse Ms4a1 protein carrying N-terminal 6xHis tag. The SDS-PAGE assayed the purity of this recombinant Ms4a1 protein greater than 90%. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference. |
