Description | The production of the recombinant human HLA class I histocompatibility antigen alpha chain G (HLA-G) is from the expression of the gene fragment corresponding to amino acids 25-338 of the human HLA-G protein in the mammalian cells. This full length of the mature recombinant HLA-G protein is fused with 6xHis-tag at the N-terminus. Its purity reaches up to 95% determined by SAS-PAGE.
