| Description | Recombinant Human Papillomavirus (HPV) 16 Protein E6 produced in E.Coli (identified by the LC-MS/MS Analysis) contains 158 amino acids covering the full length of HPV-16. And it has its N-terminus fused with a 6xHis tag and a total molecular weight of 23.2 kDa. The purity of this HPV-16 E6 protein is greater than 90% as measured by SDS-PAGE. | Shelf Life | The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself. Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C. |
