| Description | The recombinant 6xHis-tagged Staphylococcus aureus Exfoliative toxin A (eta) protein was expressed in E.coli. Amino acid residues Glu39-Glu280 of Staphylococcus aureus eta protein is contained in this recombinant protein. The SDS-PAGE measured its purity of over 90%, and the eta protein migrated to the molecular mass of about 33 kDa on the gel. And It was also validated by the LC-MS/MS analysis.
