| Description | This recombinant human GPRC5D protein is generated by the HEK293 cells expression systemand is expressed with sequence Met1-Val345 of human GPRC5D fused with a 10xHis-tag at the C-terminal. It is a virus-like particle. Its endotoxin and biological activity have been measured. GPRC5D is highly expressed on the surface of primary multiple myeloma (MM) cells, while its expression in normal tissues is limited to the hair follicle.
