| Description | This recombinant human claudin-18.2 (CLDN 18.2) is prepared in mammalian cells. Its target gene encodes the full human claudin-18.2 (CLDN 18.2), containing a 10xHis-tag at the C-terminus. The CLDN 18.2 protein has been validated to be active through a functional ELISA. Immobilized human CLDN 18.2 protein can bind to the recombinant anti-CLDN 18.2 monoclonal antibody. And the EC50 is 5.225-9.256 ng/ml. In the WB assay, this CLDN 18.2 protein was detected by the mouse anti-6xHis monoclonal antibody.
