| Description | CUSABIO's human IL17A ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative determination of IL17A concentrations in serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This assay exclusively recognizes human IL17A. The quantitative sandwich ELISA technique of this kit is based on IL17A antibody-IL17A antigen interactions and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect the levels of IL17A in samples.
