Human CXCR1 / IL-8 receptor alpha ELISA Kit
CXCR1 (C-X-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 1) is a G-protein coupled receptor that functions as an attractant for dendritic cells, monocytes, neutrophils, basophils, B lymphocytes and T lymphocytes. CXCR1 encodes a G protein-coupled receptor for chemokines, including interferon gamma-induced protein 10 (IP-10), which is involved in the pathogenesis of asthma. An important paralog of CXCR1 is CXCL2. CXCR1 plays a role in the pathogenesis of certain inflammatory diseases such as asthma and COPD. Diseases associated with CXCR1 include Bronchitis Acute Necrotizing, Nasal Type.
