Human CXCL7 / NAP-2 ELISA Kit
CXCL7 is a protein with chemotactic activity against leukocytes that induces leukocyte adhesion. CXCL7 plays a key role in regulating neutrophil-endothelial cell interactions. CXCL7 is used as a marker for metastasis and cancer. CXCL7 can also induce angiogenesis, by upregulating CXCR3 on endothelial cells to enhance the production of vascular permeability factor/vascular endothelial growth factor (VPF/VEGF). The Assay Genie CXCL7/NAP-2 ELISA is a highly sensitive assay for the quantitative measurement of CXCL7/NAP-2 in serum, blood, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and tissue samples.
