Human CCL14 / HCC-1 ELISA Kit

CC motif chemokine 14 (CCL14) is a member of the CC chemokine family. Chemokines are a family of cytokines that regulate cell migration, activation, and homing of immune cells. It is also known as HCC-1 and NCC-2. CCL14 is a potent chemoattractant for T cells, dendritic cells, and basophils. CCL14 can be found at high levels in the lungs, spleen, and blood. CCL14 has been shown to interact with CCR1 and CCR5.
