96well Solid Black & White Microplates

▶ Well to well crosstalk를 감소시켜주기 위한 디자인

▶ Immunoassay(high binding), cell growth(TC-treated), solution based assay(Not treated)에 적합

▶ White plates는 luminescent 신호를 강화시키고 백그라운드 신호를 감소

▶ Black plates는 낮은 fluorescence 백그라운드 신호를 가지고 있고 빛의 분산을 최소화

96well Clear Bottom Black & White Microplates

▶ Bottom이 기존 polystyrene plate보다 60% 얇아 백그라운드 형광신호를 낮추어주고 340nm까지 reading이 가능

▶ Black/White wall은 well to well crosstalk를 차단

▶ Clear flat bottom은 광학적으로 현미경을 통한 직접적인 이미지 관찰이 가능

▶ General Assays : Not treated, NBS(Non Binding Surface), high binding

▶ Cell-based assays : TC treated, CellBIND surface, Ultra Low attachment(ULA)

▶ Immunoassays : EIA/RIA polystyrene microplates(medium and high binding)

96-well Geometry and Dimensions

▶ Corning 96 well polystyrene plates는 standard volume forma과 low volume format(Corning half area plates) 두 종류가 있습니다. 

▶ Plate dimension은 industry standar로 127.76 x 85.48 x 14.22 mm(Length x Width x Height)입니다.

▶ Gamma radiatio으로 멸균 처리, Certified non-pyrogenic

▶ Lid 별도 구매 가능
