Luciferase Reporter Assay 선택

Luciferase reporter assay 디자인 시에는 두 가지 중요한 요소를 고려해야 합니다. 이는 luciferase reporter 단백질 자체와 reporter activity를 측정하는데 사용되는 assay chemistry입니다. 이 두 가지는 assay의 전체 결과에 영향을 주기 때문에 실험 목적에 적합한 reporter/detection 시약을 선택해야 합니다.
