In context with our recently published post about 3D cell culture in cancer research, we would like to introduce our application note on Cancer organoid co-culture using our Cancer Cell Line Medium XF.

Starting with a 2D co-culture of MCF-7 cells and NHDFs, the initial culture is then expanded and put onto a 3D organoid co-culture in a collagen gel. 

And the best part is – using our Cancer Cell Line Medium XF eliminates undefined components, such as fetal calf serum, extracts, or hydrolysates which makes it a highly controlled environment, perfectly suitable as a physiologically relevant model for cancer research.

MCF-7 세포와 NHDF의 2D 공동 배양으로 시작하여 초기 배양을 확장하고 콜라겐 겔의 3D 오르가노이드 공동 배양에 넣습니다.
