RNase Protection with Enhanced Heat and Oxidation Resistance

• Maintains RNase inhibitory activity over a wide temperature range
• Inhibits a broad spectrum of eukaryotic RNases over a wide pH range (pH 5–8)
• Does not inhibit SP6, T7 or T3 RNA Polymerase; GoScript™ Reverse Transcriptase, AMV or M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase; or Taq DNA polymerase

Features of RNasin® Plus Ribonuclease Inhibitor:

• * Inhibits RNase A, B and C as well as human placental RNase.
• * Does not inhibit other RNases and modifying enzymes like reverse transcriptases.
• * Results in higher yield in RNA extractions and better performance in RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis,  microarrays and in vitro transcription/translation 
• * Stable against oxidation and heat, leading to higher stability—up to 15 minutes at 70 °C.
• * Particularly suitable for long-term storage of samples.
