| Description | The N-terminal 6xHis tag was fused to the gene fragment corresponding to the 18-146aa of the Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus DERP2 protein and then was cloned into an expression vector. The expression vector was transfected into the yeast cells for expression. The generated product was purified and separated to obtain the recombinant Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus DERP2 protein. Its purity is higher than 90%.
